LEARN/EARN

At nVision, we are committed not only to advancing research and patient care but also to nurturing the next generation of clinicians, scientists, and innovators. Through structured academic programs, hands‑on clinical and research training, and engagement initiatives, we provide learners at every stage an opportunity to expand their knowledge, sharpen their skills and contribute meaningfully to the science of eye care.

PhD Program

Our PhD Program is designed for highly motivated individuals who aspire to pursue advanced research at the intersection of clinical science and biomedical innovation. Candidates engage in deep disciplinary and interdisciplinary scholarship under expert mentorship, tackling real‑world scientific challenges in areas such as genetics, imaging, ocular biology, vision science, and translational therapeutics. The program combines rigorous coursework with original research projects that culminate in a doctoral thesis, preparing graduates for careers in academia, industry, research institutes, and clinical leadership. (This program may be offered in partnership with recognised universities and research institutions, and equips candidates with both theoretical foundations and practical research competencies.)

Short Duration Program

Our Short Duration Programs are structured to provide focused, intensive training in specific domains of eye care and research. These include hands‑on clinical fellowships, skill‑based workshops, and specialised courses in ophthalmology, sub‑specialties such as advanced phacoemulsification, glaucoma, retina, and refractive surgery, as well as research methodology and emerging technologies. Designed for both early career professionals and experienced clinicians, these programs blend theory with practical experience and mentorship, enabling participants to expand their clinical expertise and technical capabilities in a condensed timeframe.

Science Engagement Program

Our Science Engagement Program brings the excitement of scientific discovery to learners of diverse backgrounds — from undergraduate students to aspiring researchers and professionals interested in a deeper understanding of biomedical research. Through seminars, public lectures, lab demonstrations, collaborative projects, and outreach activities, participants gain exposure to the fundamentals of research, emerging scientific questions, and the latest innovations in eye science. These programs foster curiosity, build scientific literacy, and create pathways for sustained engagement with research and clinical science.
